Summer 2021

We are looking for a motivated, responsible, and personable intern. The position will provide support to Turning Tables in implementing the organization’s marketing efforts, largely geared toward summer initiative. The intern will gain knowledge in marketing and social media for a small dance non-profit organization in all pillars of our organization, including outreach, scholarship, and performance.



To Apply

  • Help design, create, and distribute collateral amongst all company platforms

  • Research and compile intern project and final presentation

  • Help create content for social media, email marketing, and the website 

  • Provide general administrative support

  • Assist in pitching new social media initiatives

  • Work collaboratively with PR on media relations

  • Interest and/or experience in Marketing, Arts Administration, Performing Arts, or dance industry

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Photoshop and InDesign experience a plus, but not necessary

  • Minimum requirements: enrolled in undergraduate Bachelor’s degree program, or graduate program in arts management (arts administration, business, development or special events preferred).

  • Proficiency in instagram, twitter, facebook, youtube email marketing
